Guests must sign the property rental contract. Tourist tax is not included (current rate) and must be paid upon arrival (per day and per adult aged 18+). Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, bank cheque, ANCV holiday vouchers (€10 processing fee per file), ANCV Connect (€10 processing fee per file), and cash. Optional paid services: linen rental (sheets + towels), travel cot, high chair. Once the reservation is made on BOOKING, an option will be sent to the guest by email requesting a 25% deposit of the total amount. Upon receipt of the deposit, a rental contract will be sent by email and must be returned to the property signed by the guest (by email or post). The remaining balance must be paid 1 month before arrival. A security deposit, depending on the house, will be requested upon arrival (bank cheque, cash, or bank transfer). Check‑ins take place from 3:00 PM at our agency. Check‑outs and inventory inspections are carried out at 9:00 AM.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
